Min Kyoung-Kap is considered one of the top artists representing and preserving Korea's art and culture.

Known by many as Eusan, Min Kyoung-Kap regards himself as an heir of Korean culture and has established a style of his own. He was honoured by UNESCO for his art series "Into Nature" with a solo exhibition in France.
Fourth period: Into Nature
Fourth period (2000 – 2002) : Into Nature - Dark colouring
This was a time of self discovery and full immersion into nature. Becoming more aware of his identity and of being Korean, Min Kyoung Kap found an interest in Korean shamanism (five cardinal coloured fabrics placed on a tree) and in Korean spirituality. The artist also focused more on creating harmony through the usage of colour throughout this period. C132 02-2
